Paciente masculino de raza blanca, de 64 años de edad quien asiste a consulta por cefalea holocraneal hace varios años atrás cuyo cuadro clínico se exacerbo en el último mesa compañado de pérdida del equilibrio;motivos por los cuales es ingresado en el INN.
