Festival de Inglés

Facultad de Ciencias Médicas ¨Manuel Fajardo¨

Convocatoria para Festival del Idioma. Curso 2017-2018

El Departamento de Idioma convoca a estudiantes y profesores a participar en el Festival que se celebrará el Sábado 14 de Abril a partir de las 8:30 en los diferentes escenarios de la Facultad.

Podrán participar y competir en diversas modalidades, para lo cual se han creado diferentes salones y momentos en los que los participantes podrán demostrar sus habilidades en la lengua y sus conocimientos en diferentes ramas del saber: la cultura en su más amplia dimensión; mostrando su talento para la música, la poesía, la pintura, el conocimiento de las costumbres y tradiciones de nuestros pueblos y por supuesto el interés por la ciencia.

De esta manera se propone:

Actividad de apertura donde se presenten canciones, danzas, poesías de Cuba y de todos los países presentes en la Facultad.

Salón: Arts, History and Medicine¨ Espacio donde podrán presentar revisiones bibliográficas sobre personalidades históricas, de la medicina y de las artes.

Salón : Intercultural environment ¨Exposiciones sobre la cultura de cada país en el lobby y pasillos del edificio docente: incluyendo celebraciones, trajes, comida típica, música. etc (todos los letreros y explicaciones en inglés.

Salón ¨ SCIENCE¨´

Se propone abrir dos salones, uno para estudiantes equivalente a la participación en la Jornada Científica Estudiantil que incluye revisiones bibliográficas sobre temas médicos y presentaciones de casos interesantes.

En este salón los trabajos que se presenten deben cumplir las normas EPIC y todos los requisitos establecidos en la Jornada Científica Estudiantil

Un segundo salón para profesores equivalente a la Jornada Pedagógica, en el cual los docentes podrán presentar en inglés revisiones bibliográficas y resultados de investigaciones.

En cada uno de los salones se seleccionará Premio Relevante, Destacado y Mención.

La fecha tope para entrega de los trabajos, lunes 9 de abril

¡Esperamos su participación! Entrene su inglés. Recuerde: Si hablamos con alguien en una lengua que entiende las palabras llegarán a sus oídos, si lo haces en su propia lengua, llegarán a su corazón. El conocimiento de otro idioma siempre abre puertas y nos hace más cultos

y mejor preparados como profesionales!
